About
Wholistic MENtorship with Floyd C. Ogle II, PhD
I work with men who carry responsibility and want clarity, structure, and direction they can trust.
For more than three decades, my work has focused on mentoring, teaching, and developing men in leadership, education, and ministry contexts. I’ve worked with men navigating pressure, failure, leadership strain, identity confusion, and the weight that comes with being responsible for others.

This work is not theoretical for me. It’s lived, studied, and practiced.

Why I Do This Work
Most capable men don’t lack intelligence or motivation.
They lack clarity under pressure.
I’ve watched men derail not because they were weak, but because blind spots went unaddressed, patterns went unchallenged, and no one was willing to speak plainly when it mattered.

Wholistic MENtorship exists to close that gap.

My Background and Credibility
I hold a doctorate in General Psychology with research focused on mentorship and success in higher education, and I’ve spent decades teaching psychology, leadership, and human development. I’ve mentored men one-on-one, led organizations, trained leaders, and walked alongside men through both growth and collapse.

I currently serve in executive leadership roles within national men’s organizations and have worked extensively with men in high-responsibility environments—men who are expected to perform, lead, and hold things together even when they feel internally misaligned.

This blend of academic training, leadership experience, and
long-term mentorship allows me to see patterns quickly, ask
better questions, and help men move from insight to action.

How This Shapes My Approach
I don’t coach from theory alone.

I mentor from experience, pattern recognition, and accountability.

MENtorship is direct and structured. We identify blind spots, clarify what matters most, and establish practical steps forward. I don’t offer vague encouragement or quick fixes. Progress requires ownership and follow-through.

Men who work with me aren’t looking for hype.
They’re looking for someone who can see clearly and speak honestly.

Who This Work Is For
Men typically come to me when they are:
• Capable but unfocused
• Carrying responsibility without clarity
• Experiencing internal drift despite external success
• Ready for direct conversation and real accountability
This work is designed for men who are willing to engage, reflect, and act.

A Personal Note
I believe men are strongest when clarity replaces confusion, responsibility replaces reactivity, and integrity replaces performance.

This work exists to help men return to that footing.
